BlaqPearl Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are currently available for delivery to addresses within South Africa only. We utilize The Courier Guy and PUDO to ensure your eyewear reaches you safely.

3. Processing Time (Before Dispatch)

Please note that "Processing Time" is different from "Shipping Time". This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order.

  • Non-Prescription / Fashion Eyewear:

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Prescription Eyewear:

    • Because your lenses are custom-made to your specific prescription in a laboratory, please allow 7–10 business days for manufacturing and quality checks before your order is handed over to the courier.

4. Shipping Options & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery method during checkout.

Note: Delivery times commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

5. How PUDO Works

If you select PUDO Locker delivery:

  1. Select your preferred PUDO locker location at checkout.

  2. Once your package arrives at the locker, you will receive a PIN code via SMS/Email.

  3. You have 36 hours to collect your package using this PIN. If not collected, the package may be returned to us at your cost.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a notification email containing your waybill number and a link to track your parcel.

7. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at shop@blaqpearl.co.za.

  • Please take photos of the damaged box before opening it if possible.

  • Inspect the glasses immediately and report any breakage within 24 hours of receipt.
